[MRCA] ART-13 working

I have an ART-13 along with a DY-17A dynamotor, interconnect cable between
the dynamotor and the ART-13, calibration booklet, and an AC supply that
operates the ART-13 from standard house current.  The AC/Dc power supply has
both low voltage and high voltage metering.  The ART-13 has the LF module
installed.  The ART-13 is fully operational and I have had it On the Air
over the past two weeks with very good reports.  The dynamotor is fully
operational and both circuit breakers have been replaced recently.  If you
