I have an ART-13 along with a DY-17A dynamotor, interconnect cable between the dynamotor and the ART-13, calibration booklet, and an AC supply that operates the ART-13 from standard house current.  The AC/Dc power supply has both low voltage and high voltage metering.  The ART-13 has the LF module installed.  The ART-13 is fully operational and I have had it On the Air over the past two weeks with very good reports.  The dynamotor is fully operational and both circuit breakers have been replaced recently.  If you have an interest please call me at 508-965-7400 or email @ [email protected]  I will be going to Nearfest on 4/29 and can deliver it there.  Picture upon request
