[MRCA] Communist radio wakes up from a long sleep

Hello Meir,
I shudda know you'd have a handle on this equipment. I suspected the
system was a GRC-19 equivalent, but didn't dig in too deep.
Can you share any insight on the red and blue dots on the main tuning
dial, that correspond to dots on the white placard? I'm thinking
presets, but haven't puzzled it out. The levers on the knob just seem
to lock the tuning.
If we can find a connector/cable in Europe, I guess it's worth the
trouble, It's a cool RX.
