[MRCA] Communist radio wakes up from a long sleep

Hi Al,

Those two dots and their locking levers are for two presettable frequencies, similar to the "flick" function on the good old Wireless Set 19. You tune the 2 desired frequency and lock the levers. You can then "flick" the dial to those frequencies. For example you set your net frequency on one, and the other to another net. Just turn the dial to the next click. 
If you need the receiver schematic, I'll scan it for you.
