[MRCA] removing riveted tube sockets

Not sure why you are ruling out drilling, or even grinding.  A shop
vacuum placed appropriately will take care of your concerns.  At least
it always has for me.   Chassis strength is an independent variable, and
whacking away with a pin punch will produce independent results, based
on how far from a 90° side and the chassis material.  I have usually
found results independent of my intentions a bit unsatisfying.

But what do I know...as Master Sergeant Schultz always said, "I know
nothink...."
