[MRCA] Headset Cord Material - CD-

Gentlemen,

I'm going to make up some new CD-307 headset cables.  No issues with the 
PL-55s or the JK-26s, but where might I find some flexible 
rubber-covered 2-conductor cord.  I have numerous computer cords but 
they're a bit too stiff.  The rubber cord at Home depot is 3-conductor 
(not an issue itself) but its just a bit too large in diameter and also 
a bit stiff.  The original CD-307 and T-17 cords used a twisted pair or 
trip.  This gives them more flex, it appears.  I have bought some cables 
from Fair but they are either getting a bit old and stiff or, as a few 
of them in sealed bags, literally petrified.. Any other source 
suggestions? TNX!
