The MRCA Fall Meet is concurrent with the Red Ball Military Transport Club 
Annual Rally and Swapfest at the West End Fairgrounds in Gilbert, PA:

We have a building for displays and demos.  Thursday afternoon is the 
pre-event set-up.  Many of us use our vehicles for accommodations or camp 
out in tents set up near our building.

More information on the 2015 Meet will appear on the MRCA website and on 
this reflector in the coming days.

I too was looking for some info on people's plans for the Redball this year. 
I've wanted to bring my AN/GRC-142 there for several years an can never make 
it due to work conflicts.
What does everyone do for accommodations? Do you buy a vendor's pass?
I'm planning on coming in Thursday and leaving Saturday.
