[MRCA] PRC-47 low receive audio

Scott,

In addition to what Tim wrote (which could be the problem), what 
loudspeaker are you using? Should be an LS-166/U. With a properly working LS-166, you 
should be able to listen comfortably to decent strength signals up to 20' or 
more away from the radio.
