Interesting.  Signal to noise at K4CHE was much better than at N1EPL.  I
think we have a very high ambient noise level at the ship.  It appears that
Breck was running his Navy set of GO-9 and RAS, so he didn't lack for
power(100+ W?).  I was running a little more from the TBM, but not enough
to account for the barely readable signal at N1EPL vs. the solid signal at
K4CHE.

The other possibility is that our receive antenna system is very lossy.
