[MRCA] PRC-47 low receive audio

Hi Scott - Baring any component failures, you may be OK. The front panel
"volume control" actually works in tandem with the radio receiver Gain
control. That is an adjustable Pot (R-54) in the Audio Frequency
Amplifier module inside next to the HV power supply. Try turning that Pot
up and see if it improves...
