[MRCA] ART-13 Power Output Poll

Just checked with my  "Gold Line" wattemter (complete with walnut end plates!) and am seeing 140 watts out with loading adjusted for a plate dip at the top of the green band for CW, loading into the the Bird dummy load at 3705 kc.  Heath meter probably optimistic, also may be why I have been seeing 50 watts from my command sets, that's also on the high side.
