[MRCA] PRC-10

I built a battery box that fits inside the PRC-10 battery box.  The 
copper board in the center is just a piece of PC board that I cut 
squares in to provide tie points for the voltages.
I usually purchase  batteries at the dollar store (check the date 
codes)and test each one for load using a  20 ma battery tester.
