[MRCA] 60 meter band change

I'd use 5357.0 kHz USB instead, to minimize life's complications! :-)

But seriously, CW carrier must be on 5358.5 kHz, and USB suppressed carrier
must be on 5357.0 kHz.  All starting next Monday.
