I think you'll find that these batteries are not available.  What I have 
done with my units is to get a 3-cell AA battery holder and mount on on 
the bottom of plate of the receiver.  There is headroom to do this, no 
problem.  You can use double-sided foam tape of secure it with #2-56 
hardware.  Then wire the leads to the battery socket with enough lead 
length so as to be able to get the plate off easily.   I also put a 
sticky tag with the battery installation date as a reminder. Now, no 
worries of finding yet another unobtanium battery when the time comes.
