My #2 son recently got his ticket (KJ4QMY - damn bad call for CW). He used the latest edition
of the study manual from the ARRL plus attended local ARC classes (where they basically taught
the test answers). He still doesn't know what Ohm's Law is about but they got him the license.

Hi All,
Do any of the recently-licensed members of the group have suggestions for
study material?
I thought I might throw something at my son and see if he runs with it.

My Red Cross group (arcsquared.org) has lots of materials, as well as a
PowerPoint we use for a 8 hour crash course we give right before the VE
session.
