Dennis:

     You are correct (I stayed up to track down the FCC Rules, too.)  WBFM 
IS permitted above 29 MHz, but nor BELOW.  We could legally use any of the 
29.XX freqs Al suggested.  So PRC-9s are OK.

Never mind.
