[Motorola] an oldie but goody question concerning the Expo

The price may have been due to the small form factor making it appealing
for surveillance use.
As far as changing the crystals, with the proper tools, the crystals can
be changed almost as easily as crystals in sockets without the possible
issues with a socket.
