Glen -

The checksum error indicates corrupt data in either the frequency data or
the tuning / alignment data.

You can try deleting all but one valid channel and reloading it but I
suspect you may have to create a new codeplug from scratch with the correct
model # and dump it into the radio in order to clear the checksum error.
