Your point is well taken. I replied to another post (possibly off the
list?), and all split freqs I'm trying to program are receive only). No need
or intent to transmit on any of these, the radios in question are monitor
receivers, obtained gratis from generous befector.
When I posted, I thought, back in the day, that this family of radios was
used for scada (moscad) apps, and was used on splinters. Guess not, and
guess that scada on splinters was not that far back in the radio geneology.
However, thanks again for your caveat, you are absolutely correct.
