TLB6831A or TLB8161A - 25-30 MHz
TLB6832A or TLB8162A - 30-36 MHz
TLB6833A or TLB8163A - 36-42 MHz
TLB6834A or TLB8164A - 42-50 MHz

The Micor manual you will need is 6881008E35.
