You might have some luck trying over on the Radio Programming Group at Yahoo
Groups.

If this is one of the commercial radios for the 220 MHz range (the old
220-222 ham band) then the software probably restricts the frequencies and
will return an error when you try to put something in which is "out of
band."  But I am not familiar with this model and that may or may not be the
case. If the software does restrict it, you'll have to hack into the program
or try some tricks to get it to accept the ham channels.
