[Motorola] HT1250, HT1250LS, and HT1250LS+

The basic HT1250 radio has 128 conventional channels in Low VHF, High
VHF, and UHF.
The HT1250LS is high VHF only, has LTR and either 16 or 32 conventional
channels.
The HT1250LS+ is UHF only, has LTR/PassPort and either 16 or 32
conventional channels.
The 32 channel radios have much more memory and can handle MDC1200 and
QCII signaling, many more features.
There are also HT1250LS+ radios for the 220 MHz and 700 MHz bands,
LTR/PassPort and 16 conventional channels.
