The HT1250 model AAH25KDF9AA5AN is everything you stated, and is a
"limited keypad" model, meaning that it does not have the telephone
keypad buttons.  The -AA6AN model has the full keypad.  It has 128
channels in 8 groups (zones) of 16 channels each.  It is true that you
can scan only within one zone at a time, but you have the option of
creating a special zone just for scanning up to 16 personalities which
may also appear in other zones.
