[Motorola] Syntor X 9000 RSS changes

The only keyboard trick I know is holding the shift key while entering the 
freq. using the upper row number keys instead of the keypad, releasing for 
the decimal point though.  144.3900 would be !$$.#()) in other words.  THat 
only works with certain versions of RSS so YMMV.  There's a place that does 
some aftermarket stuff for the syntor x,

a program to do it is here:

mostly for the older Syntor X radios not the 9000's.
