[Motorola] test cables and TEK-5

The metering question reminds me of the time in my youth when I tried to use
a VOM on its DC 50 microamp scale on a DuMont tube type mobile radio,
thinking it would be the same as Motorola since the metering socket was
similar. I didn't have a manual, just some instructions written by another
technician that said "measure pin 2, etc."  That meter needle beat China
into outer space by 34 years...
