Jeff:

If you can't find what you need, you can use the trick I used 'way back then.
The test set was basically a glorified 20K ohms/volt meter with the test
cables and a selector switch. If you have radio schematics, you can find the
test connector pinout and use a good ol' Simpson 260 or other 20K ohms/volt
meter by measuring at the test connector pins one at a time. Takes a bit longer
than using the test set, but does the job. Don't try this with a modern volt
meter with many megohms input impedance. The radios were designed to be tested
with a 20K ohms/volt meter and the testing depended on loading the radio circuits
with that impedance. A modern meter with nearly infinite impedance may give
you erroneous readings.

Same info for GE up to about their MastrII series.

Happy metering,

Dick
