[Motorola] Loose wires in Mitrek Consolette (L44JJB)

Hi Group,

   Trying to get a Mitrek Super Consolette Base OTA,
and looks like it may have had an option removed to
which I'll have to either replace or bypass in order
to restore operation.

I've put a 640k High-Res JPeG 'Macro' image here:

As you see, there is a group of various coloured wires
coiled in front of the PS that connect to the PL switch
on the front panel, pos and neg source behind the main
connector on front of the Mitrek, and a couiple to what
looks like the PL or DPL segment of the Mitrek chassis.

I'm presuming that since this unit came from the Ohio
State PD or HP, it MAY have been either a multiple PL
or 'hopping' DPL, or some other kind of security funct.
Perhaps even some sort of scrambler..  IDUNNO!  :-/

I have TX carrier and audio, but nothing on RX no matter
what the panel controls are set.

I suppose I can eventually trace it down, but thought I'd
check with gurus here first and call upon their experience.

Bypassing this removed option would be the prefered action
at this time, in order to restore CS ops.
