	Error 09/10 means that the radio can't talk to the physical security
housing. Since your radio is a portable and not a mobile, you probably have
a very poorly hacked code plug.

Does anybody know what the error message 09/10 indicates.  This error comes
up when the radio first is turned on.  The radio operates correctly other
than
this error message.
