Any kind of hard conduit is a BAD, BAD idea. Since the cab and bed are 
separate on the frame, they also move independently to some extent. In the 
trucks I've done, I've taken a thick inner tube (out of a BIG tire), cut a 
section of it, and used that. I cut the end into about eight flaps and 
screwed the flaps to the wall. This allows for some movement, while giving 
you a clean and dry pass-through.
