Hi all, reminder about the Christmas Party. I have about 6 of us that responded.

We decided at yesterday's meeting to hold the annual Christmas Party at The Gardner Ale House.
January 6th at 6:00 PM
There is a limited amount of seats (28). So please RSVP soon as you can. Everyone is welcome including spouses and friends.
I'll be extending the invite to the Fitchburg club after Christmas.
You may choose anything from the 'Function Dinner Menu'. (see below) No need to let us know what you want now. You'll tell the wait staff when you are there.

Function Dinner Menu
Served
with House Baked Brick Oven Bread and House Side Salad
Skillet-Roasted Murray’s Farm Chicken: Fall off the bone tender
confit
thighs, drums and wings from happy, well fed chickens from
Murray’s
family farm are skillet roasted and served over house Spanish
rice
(a blend of sushi rice, black beans, corn, pigeon peas, cilantro and
sofrito).
A sauce of tomatoes, onions, bell peppers and cilantro finishes
the
plate. $17
Center Cut Filet Mignon :8-oz. center cut tenderloin filet is grilled to
temp,
topped with a Port wine demi glace and floured and fried onion
straws.
Served with brown butter smashed red
potatoes
and tonight’s vegetable. $24
Fried Scallop Platter: Large
sea scallops are lightly breaded and fried
in
0% trans fat oil and served with hand cut house fries, coleslaw, tartar
sauce
and a lemon wedge. $21
Stuffed Broiled Haddock: Lobster, seafood and Panko breadcrumb
stuffing
between two, fresh haddock filets. Baked and topped with
beurre
blanc and lemon. Served with lightly seasoned long grain rice
and
tonight’s vegetable. $19
Baby Back Ribs: Slow
cooked in-house and finished with Texas style
barbecue
sauce. Served with hand-cut house fries and house made
coleslaw.

Beer Battered Fish & Chips:Large haddock filets are fried in Summer’s
End
beer batter. Served with hand-cut house fries, house made
coleslaw,
tartar sauce, and lemon. $17
Shrimp Caprese: A
sauté of shrimp, fresh basil, diced roma tomatoes
and
garlic in butter and olive oil with a dash of crushed red pepper is
reduced
with white wine and tossed with fresh mozzarella and fresh
house
made spaghetti. $17
Roman Style Eggplant Parmigiano (Vegetarian Option):Thinly sliced
eggplant
is dusted with seasoned flour, dipped in egg and sautéed
golden.
Eggplant is layered with fresh mozzarella, provolone, parmesan
cheese,
tomato sauce, fresh basil and marjoram then baked and served
with
garlicky escarole greens $16
