[Mobile-Portable] Outbacker

The best thing I can say about the Outbacker is that it's rugged and
usually will offer a match that your HF transceiver will accept.

Some downsides are that there are lots of antennas that will outperform
said antenna on mobile HF.  Screwdrivers, mini and fullsize bugcatchers,
and even the individual resonators from Hustler on a mast will
outperform it on receive and transmit.  You also have to change the
match everytime you change bands, something it has in common with
bugcatchers and the resonators from Hustlers.  I'm not quite sure which
puts out the worse signal on 40 meters, an Outbacker or a whip used with
one the SGC auto tuners, but....

Unless you absolutely have to have something like the Outbacker, at
least research some of the other choices.
