[Mobile-Portable] Outbacker

     In my option it is nothing but an expensed piece of junk. I wouldn't
have one if it was given to me. In serval test performed my mobile operators
 it came in last place. I use Super Hustlers, modified and plain. If you
have the money, the screwdrivers are the best. Also, a lot of people use the
Icom AH-4 with a 102 inch steel whip. Only problem with this is the AH-4 is
not water proof as per Icom.
