[Mobile-Portable] 2004 silverado

My 2000 Silverado extended cab is quiet also and I have done nothing
except for the basic install. Using an FT-900 and a mix of Hustler and
Hamstick antennas. Also occasionally use a vintage 1960's Webster
Bandspanner.
