[Milsurplus] Powering the TBW-4

My TBW-5 had a nice chirp to it and I received numerous nice comments about
it.

Personally, I can't see why some people want their old radios to sound like
a modern YaeWoodCom.   When I'm trolling the bands I'll answer a CQ from a
station with a chirp before one without!
