I have a GO-9 that I use on the air regularly, from 80 thru 17M. Needs about a half hour to warm up, and periodically gets cantankerous about frequency, but it's my favorite TX. Power supply is now 60HZ instead of 800HZ. Still the 803 final, 837 VFO and IPA stages. Use it with my SK dad's BC348Q receiver (my original Novice RX) or a 1938 HRO. Both play pretty well. We had a TBW in pretty much pristine shape back in NJ at the USS Ling NJ Naval Museum till some thugs opened up the drains on the sub. Was a hoot to operate!

Great photos !
I had a GO-9 HF section many years ago, removed from a seaplane tender when scrapped at LA CA.
A few weeks back i had the opportunity to buy the HF TBW. But that stuff takes up too much real estate for me now,
and i have a lot of projects already.
