[Milsurplus] NOS ART-13

So many of these high priced listings will indicate that the unit was 
owned by a fastidious owner with excellent credentials.  I am still 
waiting to see an Ebay description from these folk that deviates from 
that pattern.

For Sale

Collins 51S1 radio for sale that was owned by a former peeping Tom who 
lived in a van down by the river, His personal hygiene left much to be 
desired and this piece has not received any attention as a result. It 
appears to be all there, if a bit dirty.   $3,000.
