[Milsurplus] NOS ART-13

Dave makes a very valid point about delusion and preservation.

I don't know whether this ART-13 seller is optimistic or delusional.
I do know from direct experience that there are people around without much
spare time, but with money and a desire/obsession - their "buy vs. search"
calculus is just different. (Note to self - do not bid against Joe Walsh on
eBay)

Whatever - I also know that Dave's outstanding posts on troubleshooting and
restoration are far more valuable to far more people than any shiny new
ART-13.
Thanks and Have Fun, Dave.

Cheers,
Nick
