It is a .PDF file.  Do you have a .PDF reader, like Adobe Acrobat?

I use Firefox for my browser, and .PDF is read by default with the 
browser, even without Adobe.  Alternately, depending on how I used the 
browser last, it may ask to save, or view.

What are you using that wants to download a .exe to read what is 
essentially a document with pics?

I can also save the file, and send direct to you, if you have a reader.
