[Milsurplus] Replacement LEDs for OF-185

Checking the part #, I find both wired, and solder tab type.  IMLEC 
seems to be the primary maker of these, with varying responses of in 
stock, or not, by type.  Seems, however, mostly NOT in stock, for OEM. 
What about soldering wires to a tab type?  Does it have to be an EXACT 
"OEM" type LED?  Mouser has a very large selection of very, very similar 
LEDS.  So does DigiKey, and Arrow, same packaging, with wires.  I didn't 
look at each one, but glanced down the row of results for each site.  A 
quick search on ebay also brought up several panel mount, nut-secured 
wired LEDs from various sources, of varying quality.  If you don't need 
exact, I think you'd be able to find something really good, maybe even 
better.
