[Milsurplus] Replacement LEDs for OF-185

Hello group,
I have to remove the PC board to replace a defective U-283 MIC/HDST plug.
LED body(s) are held to front panel with nuts so I must de-solder. The parts list shows them to be [LED-407GBO] and [LED-407YBO].
>From the look of the solder pad it appears the the LEDs have WIRE leads. All the LEDs I come up with have flat ears w/ solder hole.
Any ideas where I can find these original LEDs?
As soon as I repair the OF-185 I'd like to sell it along with its companion PRC-128. I picked these up NIB. Can't believe the U-283 has a stuck pin! Only used the unit for a digipeater for about two months!
