Hi
The term for this “buy it here / sell it there” is "retail arbitrage”. It is by
no means unique to military radios or eBay. Folks make money buying
stuff at Sam’s Club and selling it on Amazon.
If you are selling at a flea market (any of them, including the big ones)
price is very dependent on just what the folks are after that year. At a
smaller one, it’s quite easy to find zero interested buyers for just about
any item.
