[Milsurplus] Shipboard machine shop

My son took small engine repair and auto shop at his fancy suburban high
school, which satisfied a requirement in  practical arts for all
graduates.  For those wishing to pursue a career along those lines they
could continue in the vocational technical school.  The different crafts
are at different schools throughout the county.  Auto happens to be at his
school.  Many of those headed to college take these practical courses.

The small engine class works on lawnmowers, dirt bikes, chainsaws with
common sense safety precautions such as no test rides in the halls.  ;<)

They also have fabrication with 3d printers etc.  The local first
responders borrowed the 3d printers while the schools were shut down and
printed face shield components with guidance from the teacher..
