[Milsurplus] Identify Motorola backpack FM ?

I'd just like to know if the Handy Micro Talkie operated in the VHF-Hi band, because of the loop antenna. If so, somebody should make one of them work on two meters and take it to a hamfest as it would make an excellent conversation starter.
