[Milsurplus] Real crystals vs programmed chips

Question: will these chips replace crystals in receiver HFO position ? I ask because some ham radio sets require additional, not originally supplied
crystals to cover all of 10 meters, and then also to add SW broadcast bands.  The HFO does have an LC circuit, so there will be waveshape 
restoration, if that is required. I am mostly wondering, I suppose, about digital noise.
