>I have a question.  If, according to Bryant & Cones, the Trans-Oeanic wasn't released until January of 1942 how could there be a scene with Kimmel hearing about the attack on Pearl Harbor on one. Also the bomber was not on the first production run, McDonald requested the change after Pearl Harbor.  If a bomber Trans-Oceanic was in a historically accurate scene it was probably closer to the time of the battle of midway or the movie research people did not do a very good job of research.
