[Milsurplus] RBM receiver

Mark,
The RBM receiver is subject to the trimmer capacitor rotor shifting endwise
and shorting out.  That disease has been discussed here several times over
the years.

It is broad as a barn door.  Fun enough to use on an empty band but 75
meters at night on the east coast, maybe not so much.
