I can recommend one, and can point you towards another, 

First, go to QRZ.com and look up NL7XM Pete Varounis. I have used his services and 
HIGHLY recommend him.

He lists himself on his QRZ.com page as a Radio Amateur Callsign Historian and there is a 
link there to his reviews on eHam.

His fees are very nominal and I was extremely pleased with what he found out for me.

However, I have never used this information. 

I had Pete "The Greek" do it for me, and he did a better job than I could in less time.
