[Milsurplus] Finding pree-WW2 call sign

Thanks much to those who replied, on and off the list.  Bruce Sugarberg 
pointed me to a 1941 call book at archive.org, where I found my cousin's 
call was W9FZY.  This adds a bit to the record of my family's history.
