[Milsurplus] FW: [Glowbugs] Dying Breed?

A couple years back at Rickreall, I saw a HW-16 for about $15 or $20 max. I thought about it, then thought, WHY would I "need" that ?
I think I saw one more recently for $50.  The bargains do get snapped up pretty quick.
