Joe, I think this thought at every hamfest I attend. I see something at a great price, and I think wow! But I now have a brake that adds, "What would I do with it? When would I get to it? Do I even
want to mess with getting it and then trying to clean it up and resell it? No way !
There ARE a few exceptions. Something like a Heathkit SB-310 hardly weighs anything, it's a creampuff. I would ditch something else. And if I ever saw another Squires Sanders SSR-1 for $80, of course
I would jump, and fast.
As for the salability of much of my present accumulation, however, I'm not very optimistic.

>Ask yourself this, Hue. At hamfests over the last few years, how many times have you walked away from a set or a sweet deal that you would have jumped at 10 years ago? For me, it's been a lot. At least my wife is happy when I come home empty-handed.
